We are a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of United Arab Emirates (“UAE”), with company registration number CN-3829032 and have our registered office at Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters, Dubai, UAE. Our trading address is the same as our registered address.

By using the Website, you confirm that you accept these terms of use and that you agree to be legally bound to comply with them.

The Website and domain name and any other linked pages, features, content, or application services (including without limitation any mobile application services) offered from time to time by us in connection therewith are operated by Whizpay Technology LLC or any of its authorised affiliates. Subject to the terms and conditions of these Ts&Cs, We may offer to provide certain products as described more fully on the Website, and that have been selected by you (together with such website, the “Products”), solely for your own use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party. We may change, suspend or discontinue the Products at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. The Products and usage of the Website are intended solely for the personal, non-commercial use by you and may only be used in accordance with these Ts&Cs.

Invalidity and Severability

So far as possible where any clause/sub-clause or part of a clause/sub-clause can be severed to render the remaining part valid, the clause shall be interpreted accordingly. Alternatively, you agree that the clause shall be rectified and interpreted in such a way that closely resembles the original meaning of the clause /sub-clause as is permitted by law.
Which Country’s Laws Apply to any Disputes?
Your use of the Website and the operation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates applicable in United Arab Emirates.
